Shipping And Returns

High Sierra Supply Co. currently ships anywhere within the United States, as well as to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

International shipments are restricted to select countries. For further inquiries on international shipping, please Contact Us. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays will begin processing on the following business day. Once your order is processed for dispatch, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. To track your order, Please check out your shipment confirmation email with tracking information.

Standard Shipping (USPS)

Standard orders will ship from our warehouse on business days (M-F).  All standard shipping will be shipped with USPS First-Class or Priority. Please note: High Sierra Veteran is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been picked up by the carrier. We strongly advise you to choose signature required shipping options. The customer is responsible for filing claims with USPS for lost or stolen items. 

International Shipping

Please note that we are currently seeing delays up to three weeks on all international shipments due to COVID-19. All international sales are final unless the item is damaged or defective at the time of delivery. We strongly advise you to choose signature required shipping options. The customer is responsible for filing claims with USPS for lost or stolen items. All import taxes, duties, and fees are the responsibility of the customer.
